WHAT TO BRING

COMB OR BRUSH

It is nice to have a personal comb or brush on hand for occasional fixes.

WIPES

Wipes are great to have handy to clean hands and faces as well as wet hair for styling purposes.

ITEMS TO HELP WITH SMILES

Items that could help get genuine smiles including favorite toy, video on phone or phone application.

SNACKS AND DRINKS

Sometimes kids benefit from short snack breaks. It can be helpful to bring a snack and drink supply for them.

SMALL REWARD

It can be helpful to have a small reward handy that kids can earn after being cooperative during the session.

SWEATER OR COAT ON CHILLY DAYS

This seems self-explanatory, but bring a jacket or sweater on days that could be a bit chilly or windy. These items should coordinate with your clothing so that if it needs to be in the photographs you won't be disappointed. It is very difficult to get good smiles out of children, and some adults, when they are cold.

MAKEUP FOR RETOUCHING

For headshots and portraits, bring along some makeup so you can adjust or fix makeup intermittently throughout your session.

PACIFIERS

If your child loves his/her pacifier bring it along.

NEWBORNS- EXTRA FEEDING SUPPLIES

For newborn sessions it is a good idea to bring extra feeding supplies. Newborns tend to be extra hungry during sessions so it is best to have extra food on hand just in case.
